The Service Department at Instrument & Supply, Inc. consists of five people, including three
field technicians, which provide service to the municipal and industrial markets on many
different types of equipment. The Service Department performs start up and training of all jobs
that are manufactured at Instrument & Supply. We also do on-site repairs and perform
calibration services.
The Service Department manager, is a certified welder in ARC, MIG and
TIG welding and has worked for Instrument and Supply for 25 years.
One of our technicians has worked for Instrument & Supply for 28 years, has an electrical degree.
Another one of our techicians also has an electrical degree and has worked for Instrument & Supply for 20 years.
Our third technician holds a master electrical degree and has been with Instrument & Supply for 16
years.
This is 95 plus years of combined experience in the water and wastewater fields. From original
design build projects, to fabrication, to all types of electrical needs, we feel with our experience
and support we can provide solutions to everyday problems in the field.
Our technicians are factory trained to service all of our manufacturer’s products and have the
capabilities of servicing equipment from pumps and controls, to instrumentation, programming
and telemetry.
