Instrument & Supply, Inc. Began operations on January 16, 1980. We have a total of 41 employees companywide consisting of engineers, outside and inside sales personnel, service personnel, and supporting staff.
We service the water and wastewater markets for both municipally and industrially. We represent various manufacturers who provide equipment for filtration, clarification, screening and grinding, pumping, control and monitoring, aeration, sludge handling and processing, disinfection, chemical treatment, and valve control. We also design, build, and provide field services for SCADA control systems, UL Listed Control panels, fabricated assemblies such as pump stations, underground equipment vaults, and prefabricated chemical feed systems.
We have four different offices and territories: Hot Springs, Arkansas; Sand Springs, Oklahoma; Somerville, Tennessee and Longmont, Colorado. Our marketing strategy is to work with consulting engineers and owners to get our products specified. We then incorporate several of our products into a single bid offering to the contractors.
Our success has been based on the breath of the products we represent and not on any one product. Our ability to offer what we consider to be the premier product choice to the engineer, contractor and the owner has allowed us to be the dominate force in our territories. Instrument & Supply has the ability to market the products; close the sell; prepare submittals and shop drawings, build the support items; service the equipment and offer warranty support.
